What is on the CDs?
This is 'therapy on a disc'. This is not a recorded book about how to do something like relieve stress or get better sleep. It is a gentle relaxing hypnotherapy experience, similar to the state of meditation, where you become more receptive to positive suggestions. Lynda's calming voice guides you to use positive visualisation in order to improve your ability to deal with stress/get better sleep/stop smoking/lose weight etc.

What does the research tell us?

Are there any risks or side-effects?

Andrew's Story
